Leadership

In this course, we focused on all aspects of leadership; the different types, what it takes, and how to use it effectively. Taking what we learned each member of the class wrote a personal leadership profile on his/herself. From there, we were to interview an industry professional who has the characteristics of a leader.

I chose to interview Lou Mettler whom I have previously worked for. Having known little about his story and journy of becoming a successful business owner and leader, I felt that he was the ideal candidate for this final paper.
